Disciple Initiative

As disciples of Jesus Christ, we are commissioned to “go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you…” (Matthew 28: 19-20). That said, as the Mobile Church, God has led us into our next phase of growth by starting the “Disciples Initiative”. This initiative aims to unify and create disciples of Jesus Christ across the United States while obeying his commandments; specifically the commandment to serve those in need (Mark 10:21-22, Luke 14:12-14, Luke 12:16-21).

Here's how it will work:

  • You must believe in the death, burial, and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

  • You must be willing to serve those in need, wherever they are.

  • Donate $200 to The Armored Church (TAC)

    • We’ll send you the “TAC Starter Kit”  which includes:

    • 2 TAC Magnets for each side of your car (to display while serving)

    • The “Confess and Believe” T-Shirt

    • TAC Bracelet

    • TAC Coin

    • All supplies required to make 15 bags (Bibles, Bottles etc.)

      • The most important items are “The Gospel” reading materials.

      • We’ve calculated that it costs approximately $200 to make the TAC Starter kit. Hence, the $200 donation.

  • If you’re inspired to join the “Disciples Initiative” but aren’t able to contribute $200 at the moment, feel free to reach out to us via text or email.

  • Go out into your community, connect with those in need, and give them a bag with kindness.

    • Feel free to use your spiritual gifts to uplift and edify those individuals.

    • Feel free to verbally share the Gospel (if you’re comfortable).

  • Contribute any amount on a bi-weekly or monthly basis to help replenish supplies.

Think about the Mobile Church in this practical way: We are the nonprofit Christian version of Amazon, that serves those in need across the United States. The difference is that everything we provide is freely given to those we serve, mimicking the free gift of salvation God graciously gave us through faith in Jesus Christ.

Remember the words of the Lord Jesus himself, while telling the parable of the Sheep and the Goats in Matthew 25: 34-45: 34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’

40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, 43 I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’

44 “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’

45 “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’
